I am addicted to pretty shoes. I can never pass up a good pair especially if they're at a bargain price. BUT there's a better way! Take an old pair of heels or flats, fabric or vinyl paint, studs, gems, buttons, flowers, chains, glue, glitter and whatever else you have lying around the house and glam up a sad pair of shoes like the ones below!
